Project details
The 'Rue Bassem' project is located in the heart of the municipality of Auderghem, at the intersection of chaussée de Wavre and rue Jacques Bassem, opposite Place Communale. In the past, the site was occupied by small-scale industry, workshops and shops. All the buildings on the site have been demolished, apart from a few façades which were conserved for their heritage value. These have been integrated into the new project which, apart from its cultural function (with the integration of the Den Dam cultural centre), combines apartments, an assisted living facility, shops and an underground car park.
