The 'Geneve Park' residential project was developed by Skyline City (Kairos, Attis and Skyline Europe) between the office area of boulevard Léopold III and the Astrid residential area in Evere. This explains the tremendous planning and architectural heterogeneity of the area, with the high-rise buildings of Boulevard Léopold III and office buildings to the west and the north, and residential buildings put up in recent decades to the east and the south. This residential project, which consists of 357 apartments, ranging from studios to one to three-bedroom apartments, and an underground car park for 357 cars plus bicycles, is part of a local land use plan (PPAS) which determines where buildings can be constructed and their size (depth, maximum height to the cornice).
