Following a press conference organized by ION and Kumpen RED, one of our future projects - Nova Mons - has been featured in La Libre Immo.

The project "targets the former Belgacom site" and is "intended to accommodate seven buildings containing 135 apartments, 62 flats for short stays, offices as well as multi-purpose spaces, shops, two horeca units but also a two-level underground car park".

The new housing units will be "diversified and accessible to all categories of people. Of the 135 apartments, 24 will respond to the needs of young households and 25 will be managed by social real estate agencies (AIS). (...) Finally, the about sixty 'smart flats' are intended for short stays, a new living and housing tendancy that becomes more and more widespread. Mons will thus be able to respond to this new need, which affects young people, tourists and university students attracted by the UMONS."

"The project is fully in keeping with the times and its architecture reflects current expectations and uses in terms of habitability and comfort. Also, the treatment of volumes and facades integrate and respond to the project's architectural context."
