The project concerned the complete renovation of an office building constructed in the 1990s, but no longer meeting present-day standards, and the addition of a new office wing. The new construction is on a brownfield site which has been occupied for many years by a car park. This complex is built around this old block located at the start of Boulevard Tirou, bringing about a definite enhancement of the neighbourhood and its immediate surroundings.
