With the permit in hand, the transformation of a 1970s building into a student housing complex can finally begin! Located near several Brussels universities and colleges, between the Colonne du Congrès and the Place de la Liberté, Residance is converting a former office building into 64 comfortable housing units. Intended to accommodate students, the building retains its facade and is being transformed in keeping with its original architecture.

Study room, shared kitchen, common terrace, laundry room, bicycle parking... The project offers spaces adapted to the different needs of its future inhabitants. On the first floor, the common living room and the study room make up the base. With two parking basements, mainly dedicated to bicycles, the base is surmounted by 8 levels of housing of several typologies (single rooms, studios and studio PMR).

Flat vegetated roofs that facilitate rainwater harvesting. Photovoltaic panels on the roof to supply a maximum of the common areas’ electricity needs. Underfloor heating powered by a heat pump... Residance promises a durable, and memorable, experience for its future residents.
