Our housing project The K. has completely been finished. Time for a guided tour by our project leader Daniel with the entire DDS+ team!
What makes this project so exceptional? Undoubtedly its beautiful integration into the surrounding urban fabric. The existing neoclassical facades were renovated and integrated harmoniously into the new built project. The new parts, in turn, inscribes themselves in a contemporary way within the surrounding building heights, color tones and architecture. The metal window shutters give the project its own identity and provide high-quality terraces on the street sides. This quality is also continued within the project: pleasant spacious apartments, studios and penthouse with high ceilings that bathe in natural light due to the large window dimensions.
