Construction of a mixed ensemble of 49 apartments, 10 single-family houses, a swimming pool and a retail unit on the site of former hangars in Forest. Objective: reduce hard surfaces. On a site combining allotment gardens and sports facilities, the project is organised around a shared garden and vegetable plots.
