The Proximus Towers redevelopment project, designed in collaboration with French architect Jean-Paul Viguier for the Whitewood and Macan Group Development Consortium and backed by Oaktree Capital, finally reached third place.

After the many stages of the competition, we are proud of the final project presented as a result of this rewarding collaboration. The urban and architectural, environmental and social ambition of our team's proposal was "audacious" and would certainly have played a central role in the future of the North Brussels district, which remains a major issue in the evolution of the Capital.

Thanks to the whole project team, we were able to push, with SuReal, the cursors of sustainability to an exceptional level, as well as those of urbanity, by offering a development open to the public on nearly 50% of the plot.

With an architecture signed Viguier that shook up the skyline of the northern district by combining technology and nature, the project aimed at carrying the ambitions of Proximus to make its future headquarters a reference in the world of telecoms for its staff as well as for its visitors, within a NWOW2 Campus (squared) worthy of the major international companies.

Apart from the future Proximus headquarters, which will account for just under half of the surface area, the project proposed a large mix of residential, equipment, retail and catering functions, mainly located in the towers, which were to contribute to the renewal of the image of the site and of the northern district.
