Construction of 32 dual-aspect housing units on a site where half of the surface is returned to planted open ground. The project is organised around a generous inner garden, offering a green living environment in the heart of a dense urban fabric. Its integration into Rue De Theux draws on the street’s architectural character, reinterpreting its friezes and graphic patterns through glazed brick detailing.
