Architectura.be puts a spotlight on our recently finished residential project 'The Factory', situated in Molenbeek Saint-Jean.
A new residential building was built on the site of a former factory, with the aim of renewing the urban fabric and adding value to the neighbourhood. This new building comprises two large service and office areas on the ground floor and 93 flats on the upper floors. The interior of the block houses a bicycle park and a large communal garden. The building is also characterized by the variety of spaces with common facilities that improve the quality of life of the occupants.
