Transformation of a 1990s office building into 101 housing units, including a fitness room, a bike workshop and a repair shop.

The intervention prioritizes reuse: the structural frame is preserved and targeted demolitions simplify the volumes and reduce overlooking, both between the dwellings and with the surrounding neighbourhood.
