Ideally located in the heart of the administrative district of Brussels North Station, an office building has undergone major renovation work. The building envelope was completely renewed in order to bring the project in line with the 2015 passive criteria (Breeam Outstanding). The internal organization and circulation were modified, creating flexible and multifunctional spaces.

The architecture based on a set of multi-reflective glazing and oblique bow windows, and the integration of a double-height entrance extended by an atrium give the project a resolutely contemporary image.
